It can be done in a variety of ways including meditation, prayer, and journaling. It has to do with purity and the aspiration toward cleansing the body, mind, and emotions of all that is separated from God’s light and love. This cleansing results in a return to one’s spiritual roots and identity.”
The message is so simple and obviously something one should desire and therefore pursue with gusto! The question is, why so much resistance? Why do we struggle with allowing this process?
