1. Read NTI Mark 4 (v24-34) to the end of the chapter.
2. Consider these statements from the reading:
   • “Your judgment is like this grain … with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
   • “What is within your heart now is the measure of your love, but this measure is not limited. As you live up to the measure you have, more is given.”
3. Contemplate that your current level of consciousness can be raised by judging less and loving more. Consider that ‘being the superconductor’ is an action of love. Write one sentence to a few sentences that capture the essence of your insight from this contemplation.

2. Consider Jesus’ story of the farmer who spread seed. Contemplate if you want to be the path, the soil in rocky places, the soil among thorns, or the good soil.

2. Read NTI Mark 3 in full.

1. At a time that is convenient for you, set a timer for 10 minutes; temporarily let go of thought about what is going on with your life, and settle in with the calling to go deeper within.
2. Consider the challenges that Jesus faced in NTI Mark 3. The religious leaders were more interested in personal power than spiritual truth; his family was more interested in special relationship than spiritual truth; those who followed him were more interested in the physical than spiritual truth. Pause at least 6 times during the day; notice if spiritual truth is your top value or if other values have more of your interest. Ask yourself, “Am I willing to make spiritual truth my highest priority?”

2. Read NTI Mark 2 (v1-5) thru (v8-12).

Tomorrow:

1. At a time that is convenient for you, set a timer for 10 minutes; temporarily let go of thought about what is going on with your life, and settle in with the calling to go deeper within.
2. Watch your mind for thoughts of attack, regardless of whether those thoughts attack someone or something outside of you or whether they are self-attacking thoughts. When you see those types of thoughts, notice the situation fully. After noticing what you notice, relax and become the superconductor as you say to yourself, “I am willing to know the Light within.”

2. Watch your mind for thoughts of separation (e.g. judging someone, feeling you aren’t as good as others, etc). When you see those types of thoughts, pay attention to the situation. After noticing what you notice, ask, “Do these thoughts come from love?” Or ask, “Is love the source of these thoughts?” Pause for a moment to see if you feel an intuitive answer to the question, and then relax and become the superconductor.
