Read NTI Acts 13 (v26-31) to the end of the chapter.

Tomorrow:

1. Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
2. Be aware of the thinking in your mind.
   (a) Notice egoic thinking as egoic thinking.
   (b) Watch how egoic thinking causes your own suffering, both big and small. Do you want to see yourself as the character and suffer or do you want to know yourself as the true Self and experience inner peace?
   (c) If you want to know yourself as the true Self, continue to ask intuition for guidance throughout the day.

Day 238 Assignment

Read NTI Acts 13 (v1-3) thru (v16-25).

Tomorrow:

1. Meditate with this 30-minute guided meditation, Just Be Natural.
2. Be aware of the thinking in your mind.
   (a) Notice egoic thinking as egoic thinking.
   (b) Watch how egoic thinking teaches you that you are the character (the separate person). Do you want to see yourself as the character or do you want to know yourself as the true Self?
   (c) If you want to know yourself as the true Self, continue to ask intuition for guidance throughout the day.

Tomorrow:

3. Be aware for egoic thinking in your mind, including thinking you know. When you notice egoic thinking:
   (a) Become the superconductor.
   (b) Honor your willingness.
   (c) Shift back into asking within for guidance.

Day 231 Assignment

Read NTI Acts 9 (v23-31) to the end of the chapter.

Tomorrow:

1. Meditate with this 30-minute guided meditation, Listening Attention.
2. Continue to get in the habit of asking for intuitive guidance before making decisions, both small and large.
3. Be aware for egoic thinking in your mind, including thinking you know. (For example, do you think you know what someone else is thinking or why they are doing what they are doing? Do you think you know what they should do? Do you think you know what is best for you or what will make you happy?) When you notice egoic thinking:
   (a) Become the superconductor.
   (b) Honor your willingness.
   (c) Shift back into asking within for guidance.
