Following the recent second week of the Late Summer Retreat participants shared their experiences at the live and in-person retreat that occurred in La Veta, Colorado. At this retreat, the participants learned how to deepen into these two core practices here at Awakening Together. In this reflections program, the retreatants shared about the topics of non-attachment, the true meaning of love, and how attending this specific retreat is enriching their meditation journey and their innate ability to Love it ALL.

Following the recent Awakening Together in-person retreat in La Veta, Colorado at the retreat house, the recent retreat participants shared how the many subtleties of Self-Inquiry are leading them to awaken to the One True Self. They also shared how the group atmosphere helped them to dive deep into these self-inquiries including what it was like to contemplate Ramana Maharshi quotes while hiking in the great outdoors in the gorgeous mountains of Colorado. Following the recent Awakening Together online weekend retreat with Dorothy Hunt, the participants shared how exploring the intimate gateways to the Infinite in everyday life through meditation, experiential exercises, talks, poetry, and discussion that were shared at the retreat helped them to consciously express their realizations in their everyday living.

Psychologists have discovered that dyads (two people sharing in a structured way) are a powerful way of going deeper within one’s self in order to see that which is beyond one’s daily conscious awareness. At this past retreat that was facilitated by both Anne Blanchard and Rev. Kate Brennan, participants utilized this same practice for the purpose of awakening.

In this recording, we hear how this retreat has helped to further the awakening to the one True Self via the powerful practice of dyads.

Reflections from the In the World But Not of It Retreat was facilitated by Anne Blanchard. With this program, we heard how this retreat helped those participants to learn to live from the spiritual knowledge that they believe and trust. How they particularly looked at what they value, assessed if their values were aligned with their true spiritual desire, and how they have now come to learn to bring these values and spiritual desire together into one strong foundation that they can actually live, speak and act from.

Following the recent Awakening Together retreat participants shared about their clarity after deeply contemplating various teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins which were adapted by Regina Dawn Akers.

They shared about their reflections from this retreat and how it is guiding their journey to uncovering the Inspired Clarity within each of us.
