Title: “Step into Trust.”

Description: Rev. Jay McCormick shared repeatedly about how wanting someone to act differently or some circumstance to be different is another way that ego can cause us to become trapped in fear. When we surrender this mechanism of mind of wanting things to be different, then we can free ourselves from the fear.

When we learn to step into trust, we face the fear of letting go of doing things ‘our way’.  While we have blessing from Spirit no matter what we do, however we can only advance on the path if we do not try to solve things using our own will.  Face and release the fear of letting go of your own desire to have things your way, and enter into surprising and wonderful process of letting Spirit be the decision maker in the life.

Description: Rev. Jay McCormick shared about how in our wish as consciousness for nothing to be as it is, we started daydreaming and created a new building block, a tool, called judgement or decision.  This brought about experience, which is the product of taking the idea of our wish and applying judgement to it.  Then we had a choice, and instead of laughing about it, we believed and stepped deeper into the game.  So here we are, fully believing our dream, and exploring the script of “every possible situation and outcome”.  Jay invited us to step out of the this game together in recognition of the truth of who we are, our oneness, and learn to laugh again at all illusions with loving compassion.

Any meaning you put on life is a concept. You are not a concept and seeing that life is not a concept either opens you up to Reality. Life is. Ultimately, this is the lived, felt state of Grace to live in the mystery where every question has dissolved.

Title: “Rising beyond Concepts of the Fear of Life and Death”
Description: Christians celebrate Easter as the honoring of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, victory over death, the fulfillment of the prophecy of the messiah, and the promise of eternal life. When we see the world and believe it to be our home, naturally arising is the fear of Death. NTI teaches us further that Death isn’t actually real, and that when we identify fully as Spirit, we do not see death. Death is described as an illusion in form, and that by releasing our identification with the world and our thinking, we identify as Spirit and therefore enter into Truth. In this path there arises resistance, which is the deeper fear of the real Self, of Truth. Our true and permanent salvation, freedom, and awakening lie in walking through this with faith, dedication, love, willingness.
