I see the retreat being offered is on dyads. I've heard others talk about it. Is there somewhere I can get more information of this and how to use it if you can't make the retreat? Thanks.

When I first started doing them Regina sent me a piece explaining something about it, not by her, but someone else, I'll try and find it in my inbox and forward it to you. And after that it's just a case of finding someone who will do it with you. It doesn't have to be in person, I do it with a couple of people on Skype.

I woke up thinking about the dyads this morning and wondered if there was any recorded Zoom meetings where it is demostrated? Would love to see it in practice. Or perhaps we could do in it in one of our GH classes? That would be wonderful.
