There was a link to Nirmala in the information Kate sent me on the Dyads. I followed it to a free pdf book called Nothing Personal. I just started it but it seems very good. At the beginning of the first chapter is this quote. Just loved it and wanted to share it.
Mind finds a path
to struggle along
never reaching the goal.
heart knows it already rests
in the path of something wonderful
