Hi! We've lived in Oklahoma for 17 years, but I was born and raised in Colorado. I love to travel and met my husband in Australia 30 years ago. We have two grown children. After after a massive spiritual breakdown/opening, I was willing to go to any lengths for healing. My friend Nyki, shared with me about how she worked with RDA years ago. After some initial resistance, I put my toe in the water studying ACIM for 3 years, completing a class or two at AT, then found myself enrolled in Gentle Healing with Anne.
My background is primarily rural, agricultural, and I was heavily involved in equine competition until 12 years ago. Looking back, I see the beginnings of a shift occurring many years before the breakdown. I am so grateful for all of it; the blindness, the pain, everything that has brought me to this place. Here. Now.

I live in Western Mass. My family is all grown up and living their lives. I have an independent husband who is supportive and yet is comfortable to let me journey on this spiritual path as I feel called. And what a journey! Born Catholic, then dabbled with a Protestant church that incorporated Episcopalian, Baptist and something else I can’t remember. Discovered Rudolf Steiner and studied that for over 10 years. Felt a strong pull to the Quaker way of worship, silence. Very involved in social justice issues for a long time, union member, Stone Soup Kitchen, working with a Recovery group to house the homeless, supporting politicians I felt were like minded.. Then about 5 years ago, I read an article that said Eckhart Tolle had studied the Course in Miracles and remembered I had dabbled in that back in the 70s and picked it up again. And my journey took an inward turn. Instead of looking outside myself, I started to look within. Then a couple of years ago a friend introduced me to Awakening Together and Regina’s teachings.

What I love most about AT is the openness and allowance for each person to follow their own guidance. There’s no “one right way” to find one’s way back to the Truth. That resonated with the way my path has revealed itself to me.

Right now, silence is a big part of where I am. The self-inquiry practice that leads to the seeing that there is no Aggie. Reading John Wheeler and Bob Adamson. That thoughts are just that, thoughts...not facts. Being present in the moment, allowing... loving what is.

I enjoy crafts (felting, knitting, drawing) writing, music and spending time in nature.

Thanks for listening. Hope to read your entry soon. ?
