Come join psychologist, spiritual teacher, and songwriter John Astin for a 4-day retreat. exploring the inconceivably rich fabric of moment to moment experience, tasting, touching, reveling in the ever-present presence of whatever is here, reality itself, revealing through every thought, every feeling and every perception, its astonishingly beautiful and profound nature.
Through a series of guided meditative inquiries, dialogue and music, John will invite you to drop down into the deep and fathomless well of your own being, the miraculous presence of life itself. It is here, right where we find ourselves in this very instant, where the true well-being can be found, a well-being that doesn’t come and go but shines forth as all comings and goings.
Retreat Schedule
The retreat will begin on Wednesday at 9am and end by 6pm on Saturday.
All Inclusive Retreat Fee: $1,250
$150 non-refundable deposit

$50 non-refundable deposit

Registration closes on June 16th at 5pm ET
The all inclusive rate includes the retreat fee, 5 nights shared or dorm lodging at the retreat house, breakfast and dinner. The retreat only option includes the retreat fee (no lodging or meals).

Are you traveling to La Veta? If you are attending an in-person retreat in La Veta, please be aware that the layout of the Retreat House requires participants to climb stairs several times a day. Please contact us to discuss any physical or mobility limitations and any health restrictions (e.g., heart and lung) prior to registering, so we can make sure we are able to accommodate your needs.
