You’ll discover what you can do to purify from habitual energy patterns that limit your consciousness.
In this class you will:
- Discern purification practices that are helpful whenever you feel upset.
- Practice purification in your daily life, as applicable.
Purpose: The purpose of this course is to introduce effective purification practices, which decrease suffering and confusion while increasing happiness, peace, acceptance and clarity.

Forum Format: Four weeks including one introductory video and 8 conversations with another course participant (two per week scheduled at your convenience; about 60-90 minutes time commitment per week.)
