We hope that you will join us for a brand new program in the Sanctuary called Explorations of the Unbound, starting Wednesday, January 24, 2024, from 7:30-8:00 pm ET/5:30-6:00 pm MT and will be an ongoing weekly program. This program will be a conversation/contemplation between Revs. Shawna Summers and Sharon Hepburn. They will explore and unhinge what constricts into the opening to the joyous movement of the unbound.
Heart Explorations: Embracing the Whole Show ~01/02/24
During our time together, we will explore what it takes to live from an open, undefended heart. Naturally, any true exploration of living from the heart necessarily entails taking a deep and sustained look at what prevents us from keeping our hearts open. Grounded in the knowledge that the essence of us, our true nature, is the very lovingness within us all, we will explore how to recognize and release egoic energies by cultivating open-hearted awareness practices which support us in directly experiencing our true Self. By leaning into willingness, steeped in self-honesty, and with a consistent dash of courage, we endeavor to open to whatever life brings, as it brings it, that is, on life’s terms. In so doing, we trust that everything – absolutely everything – is here for us to use for healing, for purification, and for learning to live from the heart. We look forward to supporting each other in our individual explorations of how we truly embrace the entirety of this show we call life.

A Course in Miracles teaches that we strengthen the Voice of the Holy Spirit (Inner Spiritual Wisdom, Inner Guidance) by sharing it. Awakening Together interprets this to mean that as we share from our current level of spiritual awareness, greater spiritual awareness is realized from within. It is important to note that we do not share in order to create a teacher/student relationship; we share in order to strengthen our own individual connection to Inner Spiritual Wisdom. Everyone who shares for this purpose is invited to speak in our online Sanctuary.
If you find yourself sharing in the sanctuary, remember this sharing is to strengthen your own connection to Inner Spiritual Wisdom. As you share, you teach yourself what you most need to know and you strengthen your connection, trust, and faith in your own Inner Wisdom.
If you find yourself listening in the sanctuary, remember that you are listening for your own Inner Spiritual Wisdom. While you may find yourself hearing what is needed from what is being shared, what is shared is more like a catalyst. The insight comes from within you. The clarity comes from within you.
As we share and listen in the sanctuary, please remember, we allow everyone to be exactly where they are; at their own current level of spiritual awareness. We trust that everyone’s path is perfectly orchestrated for their own healing and their own path of awakening.

The purpose of this course is to introduce participants to “The Holy Spirit’s Interpretation of the New Testament” (NTI), which is scripture provided by and preserved by Awakening Together.
NTI is described as a loving or heart-centered approach to letting go of ego. As the sub-title indicates, NTI is a course in understanding and acceptance.
In this class you will:
1. Become familiar with key spiritual themes in NTI.
2. Practice noticing ego, letting it go and refocusing on spiritual wisdom.
Course Duration: 6 weeks
Course Starting Date: January 8, 2024
Homework Begins: January 8, 2024
Last Day of Course: February 18, 2024
Facilitators: Revs. Cyndi Krupp OR Susan Telford
Individual Homework Time Commitment: About 1 hour per day six days per week, plus daily exercises.
Structure of Course: Forum
Textbook needed: The textbook needed is The Keys to NTI or The Holy Spirit’s Interpretation of the New Testament (NTI). Either book is acceptable for this course. You do not need both books.
Format: Six weeks including one introductory video and six weekly instructional videos, about 45 minutes each.

Join Us for Reflections from the Home for the Holidays Retreat on Jan. 7th at 1:30 pm ET
We hope that you can join us on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at 1:30 pm ET/11:30 am MT for the Reflections from the Home for the Holidays Retreat that was facilitated by Rev. Jacquelyn Eckert. The retreatants will be sharing how this retreat helped them to stay true to their spiritual aspirations. Also, how the real-life application during their holiday festivities went while applying the practical tools and steps provided during the retreat. They will also be sharing any challenges that occurred when trying to apply these powerful teachings with their family.
